The Story of ASG
All Sourcing Group (ASG) was born from a vision that took root during my time in Business School. My original business plan centered on establishing a contact center in Nairobi, Kenya, leveraging the country’s skilled workforce to meet U.S. business needs. However, at the time, the internet infrastructure in East Africa wasn’t developed enough to support such an endeavor.
After graduation, I shifted my focus to a career in consulting, where I spent over 20 years working with industry giants like IBM, Deloitte, and CGI. I led large-scale technology transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies, building expertise in program management, team leadership, and delivering results on multi-million-dollar initiatives.
In 2023, I became an independent contractor, and between projects, I revisited my earlier business school idea. As I researched and explored the concept further, I realized how much had changed in East Africa. With improved internet capabilities and a growing pool of skilled professionals in Kenya, the vision I had once set aside became achievable.
My background in program management and my deep understanding of Kenya’s landscape positioned me perfectly to bridge the gap between my native country and my adopted home. I created a refined business plan and go-to-market strategy and secured seed investment from my investment partners.
In 2024, ASG was officially launched. We executed a successful pilot program, securing our first offshoring contracts and demonstrating the viability of our model. Today, ASG specializes in providing cost-effective offshoring solutions, including business process outsourcing, IT outsourcing, and contact center services to meet the unique needs of U.S. businesses.
As we look to the future, 2025 marks a pivotal year for ASG. We plan to execute a growth strategy that expands our reach, deepens client relationships, and continues delivering high-quality solutions that connect global talent with opportunities.
